When stored properly, our products can last for several months or even years depending on the amount of use.
The storage procedures are easy to follow; the material simply needs to be kept hydrated with regular tap water when in use for longer than 30 minutes at a time. Models can be kept in the provided sealed bags when not in use, or placed in a container with regular tap water if the model will be used in high frequency or stored for long periods. The products do not need to be refrigerated or kept in a saline solution.
After an order is placed through our website, we will follow up with a quote including shipping fees to your location.
Once approved, an invoice and payment link will be sent to you to complete payment with a credit card or PayPal. When payment has been completed, we will ship your order.
Orders are processed using Stripe, which accepts all major credit cards, as well as PayPal.
Yes! If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer, please let us know and we will provide you with the necessary information to complete payment.
We ship most of our orders using FedEx and Canada Post, depending on the final destination of the shipment.
Orders shipped through Canada Post are forwarded to the postal service in the destination country. Please note that Canada Post relies on the destination country for all status updates once the item leaves Canada. To track your package once it has left Canada, please visit the postal website of the destination country.
Once an order is received, we will supply a shipping quote based on the courier and service that offers the best options for your location.
Yes! When checking out of our store, simply leave a note with your shipping account number and the service level you would prefer and we will forego shipping fees for your order.
Typically orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Some items we offer are made to order, so additional processing time may be required.
If we expect your order to ship outside of the standard 1-2 business day window we will contact you with an estimated ship date.
Yes! LifeLike BioTissue is located in Canada, however, we have the ability to ship all over the world.
Please keep in mind that items sent internationally must clear customs. Depending upon volumes, delays may occur. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to handle any duties, taxes, fees, or anything else necessary to clear the package through customs.
Some banks charge a "cross border" processing fee when using a credit card to complete payment for orders from our company. This is totally up to the discretion of each individual branch, and it's impossible for us to know when these fees will be applied and how much they will cost.
